Mutoh 20th Anniversary Tour kicks off
Mutoh & Tanahashi give Kojima stereo Shining Wizards! That had to hurt!
All Japan kicked off it's Mutoh 20th Anniversary tour with a bang at Korakuen Hall, a show that saw participation from several New Japan workers.
Three generations of MUGA disciples teamed up as Keiji Mutoh, Osamu Nishimura & Hiroshi Tanahashi battled Satoshi Kojima, Kaz Hayashi & Tomoaki Honma.
Also on the card was a surprising encounter between Triple Crown champion Toshiaki Kawada against IWGP champion Kensuke Sasaki in tag action!
Also of note was the debut of Kohei Suwama, who was said to look very good. He debut against Hiroshi Hase after Taiyo Kea couldn't make it to the show due to tropical storms. Alot of praise has been given to this youngster due to his amateur background, going as far as to call him the next Jumbo Tsuruta! Hopefully he'll live up to the hype.
